Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living LLC is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. This per diem RN role at Plymouth Crossings offers flexible hours and a supportive team focused on resident well-being.

Requirements include an active RN license, CPR, and 1–2 years of nursing experience; prior elder care experience is highly desirable. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an RN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved RN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports significant changes in resident health to the care team per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors and guides Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with supporting resident independence.
• Responds to emergencies and utilizes personal emergency response system when needed.
