Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like environment in Massachusetts. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and an hourly rate of $33.50–$37.50.

Join a team that values support, camaraderie, and lasting relationships with residents and associates. As an RN, you will assess and document resident status, mentor care staff, coordinate with providers, and ensure care plans align with state regulations

Competenze

• Current state license as an RN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved RN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience working with the elderly is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Assesses, communicates, and documents residents' status accurately.
• Observes and reports changes in health or behavior per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors and guides Lead RCAs in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with resident independence.
• Prevents elder abuse and reports per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and uses backup when needed.
