The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester in Manchester, NH is seeking a Residential Specialist for per diem overnight shifts. The role provides support for daily living and mental health management in a 24/7 community-based adult residence, working with treatment teams to promote independence and recovery.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling, or related field, plus a valid driver’s license and liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling, education/counseling, or related field from an accredited university.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in developing skills for living independently
• Assist clients toward wellness and recovery goals
• Support clients in residential and community settings
• Participate in direct 1:1 and group activities
• Maintain documentation
• Communicate effectively with the treatment team
