Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services in Union, NJ seeks a Per Diem Wellness Clinician-Licensed (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) to lead clinical assessments and planning. The role offers flexible per diem hours and opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized recovery goals.

Responsibilities include CRNA/IRP oversight, crisis intervention, and coordination of housing and mental health services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, rehabilitation counseling, or other related behavioral health or counseling program.
• Practitioner of the healing arts licensed in New Jersey required (LCSW or LPC). A licensed LMFT must have a Master’s degree and one year of experience or be certified as a psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner.
• Minimum of one-year experience working with persons with mental health disabilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead team to complete Comprehensive Rehabilitation Needs Assessments (CRNA) with the team.
• Lead development and updates of IRP and reviews in collaboration with the team.
• Provide services to meet identified needs as per CRNA/IRP.
• Coordinate and manage services with the team; supervise and consult with staff.
• Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed care; support housing and community services.

Licensed in New Jersey as LCSW or LPC or LMFT
