Job summary
Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services, Inc. in Annandale, NJ is seeking a Wellness Clinician-Licensed (LSW/LAC OR LCSW/LPC) for a full-time, 40-hour clinical role.
Location: Annandale, NJ; work hours: Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm; salary range: $65,000 to $70,000 annually. You will work under clinical supervision, perform comprehensive assessments, develop and monitor recovery plans, provide direct services, crisis intervention, and coordinate referrals with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, rehabilitation counseling, or related behavioral health program.
- LSW or LAC required; CPRP preferred.
- Practitioner of the healing arts licensed in New Jersey (LCSW or LPC) required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct service to individuals with serious mental illness enrolled in CSS services.
- Develop, implement, monitor and update IRP within clinical supervision.
- Coordinate referrals and linkages to housing, health and social services; crisis intervention when needed.
- Utilize WRAP, Motivational Interviewing, CBT and trauma-informed care in treatment.
- Offer weekly individual clinical supervision and monthly administrative supervision.
