Job summary

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Wellness Clinician-Licensed (LSW/LAC) to join a multidisciplinary team in Fords, NJ.

The role provides direct services to individuals with serious mental illness within CSS programs, under clinical supervision, and participates in WRAP-based wellness planning. The position includes ongoing supervision, crisis intervention as needed, and coordination with housing and social service providers to support recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, rehabilitation counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• LSW or LAC required.
• CPRP preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service to persons with serious and persistent mental illness enrolled in CSS services.
• Coordinate and manage services with the multidisciplinary team.
• Weekly individual clinical supervision and monthly administrative supervision.

Education

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, rehabilitation counseling, or other related behavioral health or counseling program
