Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in social work, rehabilitation counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• LSW or LAC certification required; LCSW or LPC licensure preferred.
• CPRP preferred for higher responsibilities; valid driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct services to individuals with serious mental illness within CSS services.
• Develop and monitor recovery plans and IRP in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, and community referrals as needed.
• Coordinate services and linkages to housing, medical, and social supports.
• Participate in weekly supervision and monthly administrative reviews.
