Job summary

AmeriPharma seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion experience to join our team in Indiana. The role combines infusion therapy and patient education, delivering in-home care and support for TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

Under the Director of Nursing, you will assess patients, coordinate with pharmacy, maintain records, and ensure adherence. Per diem, independent contractor role with flexible hours in Hamilton, Logansport, and Valparaiso.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current state license.
• 2+ years of home infusion experience.
• Experience with IV immunoglobulins and IV biologics; CRNI preferred.
• CPR and BLS certification; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion visits per plan of care.
• Document patient interventions in clinical and non-clinical records.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols, drug effects, and home infusion procedures.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and healthcare team; monitor progress and adjust care plans.
