Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion expertise to join our team. This role combines infusion therapy and patient education, delivering in-home care and support for patients undergoing TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

The RN will provide telephone and in-person education, work under the Director of Nursing, and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines in home infusion programs, maintaining high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 2+ years of home infusion experience.
• CRNI certification preferred.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion therapy visits per plan of care.
• Document patient interventions in clinical and non-clinical records.
• Collaborate with pharmacy departments as a clinical resource.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols and adverse effects.
• Assess and revise care plans based on patient progress.
