Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) per diem on an hourly, flexible schedule. You will deliver individualized ABA services to children and families, with cases that can be in-person or remote.

A dedicated support team and proprietary platform ATrack facilitate treatment planning, data collection, and documentation. You will supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families and schools to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
