Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services on an hourly, flexible schedule. Clinicians can work in-person or remotely, with staffing coordinated to fit your availability and cases.

You will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and supervise or train RBTs and BCaBAs. The role emphasizes data-driven progress and adherence to BACB guidelines while supporting families and schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
