Job summary

Applied ABC is actively seeking a Per Diem BCBA to deliver individualized ABA services with flexibility—in-person or remote—while maintaining rigorous clinical standards. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to drive meaningful progress for children and their families.

You'll supervise and train RBTs/BCaBAs, analyze data to refine programming, and ensure strict documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
State licensure where applicable.
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation for in-person work.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
