Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem, hourly work with flexible scheduling. You'll deliver individualized ABA services to children and families, tailoring interventions to each client and leveraging data-driven methods to measure progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint
