Job summary

Applied ABC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a per diem basis, offering flexible hours and competitive hourly pay. You’ll provide evidence-based ABA services with clinical autonomy and support from staffing and case management teams.

Work directly with families and schools to guide treatment, supervise RBTs, and maintain compliant documentation while delivering meaningful client outcomes in diverse settings across California.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and ongoing guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming adjustments.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure services remain compliant with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements.
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
