Zusammenfassung

First Choice Nurses is seeking PCU RNs for per diem hospital shifts across Hampton Roads, Virginia. Enjoy the freedom to pick up shifts that fit your life with competitive per diem pay and flexible scheduling.

Shifts run 7a-7p and 7p-7a. You can work as little as one shift per month with daily or weekly pay options and easy mobile scheduling. Active Virginia RN license and 2 years PCU experience required.

Qualifikationen

Active RN license
Virginia RN License and eligibility to work in Virginia
Minimum 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience within the past 4 years
AHA BLS certification
AHA ACLS certification
QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within the past 12 months
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption

Aufgaben

Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions
Monitoring cardiac rhythms and changes in patient status
Administering medications, IV therapies, and ordered treatments
Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records
Following facility infection-control and patient-safety standards
Educating patients and families regarding care and discharge plans
Adapting professionally to different hospital units and environments
