Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver in Ozark, AL to support seniors at home. You’ll help with bathing, dressing, meals and companionship, delivering care with compassion and reliability.

Shifts offer 1:1 client ratios, flexible scheduling, online training with CEUs, and tuition discounts. CPR is optional, vaccination cards optional, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification optional.
• Covid-19 vaccination card optional.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals and companionship.
• Assist with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document client conditions for supervisors.
• Maintain a safe home environment with clear pathways.
• Engage clients in activities to promote joy and engagement.
