Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver in Ozark to help seniors live safely at home. The role offers competitive hourly pay and a 1:1 client ratio with flexible scheduling and online training.

You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and remind clients about medications while supporting a safe, caring home environment. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• CPR certification optional
• Covid-19 vaccination card optional
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Compassionate and helping nature; good communicator; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors to help them live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, shopping and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document client condition; notify supervisor of concerns.
• Maintain a safe home environment with clear pathways and assist with mobility as needed.
• Engage clients in activities like puzzles, games, reading and hobbies to promote well-being.
