Job summary

Interim HealthCare is hiring a Personal Care Aide/Caregiver in Ozark to support seniors at home with bathing, dressing, meals, and companionship. The role emphasizes safety, empathy, and independence, with a focus on 1:1 client ratios and personalized care plans.

You can set your own schedule and access online training, CEUs, and tuition discounts, with potential referral/retention bonuses. Prior HC exposure preferred; CPR and vaccination cards optional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification optional.
• Covid-19 vaccination card optional.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and transportation.
• Compassionate and empathetic with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support seniors to live safely at home.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meals and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document client condition for supervisor.
• Maintain a safe home environment and assist with light housekeeping.
• Engage clients in activities that bring joy and enrichment.
