Interim HealthCare of Dothan, AL seeks a dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver in Enterprise area to support seniors at home. You’ll assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

We offer competitive pay at $14.90/hr, 1:1 client ratios, and flexible scheduling. Online training with CEUs, tuition discounts through Rasmussen University, and referral bonuses are available to help you grow in your caregiving career.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) experience preferred.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification optional.
• Covid-19 vaccination card optional.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care and support to seniors at home.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document conditions for supervisor.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Engage clients in activities they enjoy.
