Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a regular part-time Test Administrator to join our Davenport, IA testing center. You will provide secure exam delivery and excellent customer service in a quiet, professional environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service, and flexible hours Monday through Saturday, typically around 19 hours per week with shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Starting pay is $17.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation.
• Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and customer service.
• Check in candidates and verify identification.
• Proctor / invigilate during testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards.
• Other duties as assigned.
