Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced for a part-time role in Marlborough, MA. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while following site procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Criminal histories may be considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report issues or hazards per site procedures.
• Document incidents and patrols in required reports with clear directions.
