Qualifications

At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
Customer service experience preferred.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Able to use a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site‑specific procedures, assisting with authorized entry and directing guests as needed.
Document daily activities, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
