Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Boston, MA. This flexible role provides reliable hours at an assigned site, with the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Responsibilities include customer service, unarmed patrols, monitoring access points, and reporting incidents. Minimum requirements: at least 2 years of security experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, directing guests as needed.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and observations and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
