Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Assistant in Marlborough, MA. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings, with a pay rate of $20.75 per hour.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment with flexible hours, a base schedule, and opportunities to scale up to a full-time schedule up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report maintenance issues and hazards.
• Document incidents and patrol activities in required reports with clear directions to visitors.
