Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Subject to drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors with access control and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorizations, maintain visitor records, and direct authorized individuals.
• Respond to incidents and document activities; notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Maintain professional communication with residents and staff to support a welcoming environment.
