Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, and maintain professional interactions.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify site contacts or emergency services.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs, incident documentation, and shift communications.
