Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, parking areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify authorization and direct individuals as appropriate.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications per site requirements.
