Job summary

Allied Universal in Markham, IL is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver to provide reliable, flexible hours at a technology-focused site with a fixed shift and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform. Pay rate is $19.75 per hour, with a schedule of DayTime Fri 06:30 AM - 02:30 PM Sat 06:30 AM - 02:30 PM.

The role offers a six-month anchor shift, the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, and the chance to build up to 40 hours per week

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as part of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors and vendors at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations following reporting procedures.
• Monitor access activity and report unauthorized access attempts per site requirements.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate findings to site leadership.
