• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers at a technology and logistics location by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, access‑screening protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and deliveries in accordance with established entry requirements; verify credentials, inspect authorized items as required, and document exceptions or concerns.
• Monitor access points, screening equipment, and designated entry areas; report unauthorized access attempts, prohibited items, suspicious activity, and equipment issues to site leadership or the appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and communication procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entry points, and surrounding business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
