The position pays $21.00 per hour with a fixed schedule (Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM) and access to our Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program to increase earnings across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers at a technology and logistics location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-screening protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and deliveries in accordance with established entry requirements; verify credentials, inspect authorized items as required, and document exceptions or concerns.
• Monitor access points, screening equipment, and designated entry areas; report unauthorized access attempts, prohibited items, suspicious activity, and equipment issues to site leadership or the appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and communication procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entry points, and surrounding business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
