Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Dispatch in Whitsett, NC. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with additional shifts via the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, totaling up to 40 hours per week when needed.

Pay rate is $16.48 per hour, with a 6-month anchor shift commitment and a path to more hours through flexible scheduling. Prior security or customer service experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the facility.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the site to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor and verify access points and visitor credentials as directed.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports for site leadership.
