Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and employees at a front desk within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor visitor entry, verify ID and authorization, issue visitor credentials and maintain sign‑in records.
• Answer and route calls, provide directions and general site information.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site emergency procedures and contact leadership or emergency services as needed.
