Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer - Enhanced Part Time in Columbus, OH. This role offers flexible, reliable hours with fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts for greater earnings.

The position provides part-time hours, a base weekly schedule, and a pathway toward a full-time schedule up to 40 hours weekly while remaining flexible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and maintain logs/reports of incidents and observations.
• Support the orderly movement of personnel and deliveries following site procedures.
