Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors at a production/distribution site securing premises.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly and report as required.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs and reports of activities.
• Support orderly flow of traffic at entrances/exits and delivery areas per site procedures.
