Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time Flexible in West Chester Township, OH. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with optional additional shifts via our scheduling platform, providing reliable hours and the possibility to increase earnings while you gain experience with the industry leader.

You will provide customer service to employees and visitors, monitor entrances, conduct patrols, and respond calmly to incidents.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers, following site policies and safety procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document details, communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, loading/unloading areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials and deter unauthorized access.
• Observe operations and report maintenance or security concerns for smooth site functioning.
