• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk within a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access policies.
• Monitor visitor entry, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate sign-in records.
• Answer and route incoming calls, provide directions and general site information, and communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other assigned systems, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site-specific emergency procedures and contacting Allied Universal leadership or emergency services when appropriate.
