You will safeguard employees, visitors, and assets, screen visitors and packages, monitor entry points, and respond calmly to incidents following site procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies.
• Screen visitors, packages, deliveries, and authorized personnel in accordance with access‑control requirements; verify credentials and direct individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor entry points and visitor activity, maintain accurate screening and access records, and report unusual activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site‑specific emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entrances, and nearby perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security‑related concerns.
