The position emphasizes customer service, routine patrols, incident response, access control, and documentation, with a pay rate of $17.68 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
