Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state and position.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific screening procedures.
• Screen individuals and belongings, escalating issues to site leadership as needed.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and maintain incident logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents following site protocols and communicate with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
