Qualifications

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site‑specific procedures and access‑screening requirements.
• Screen individuals, packages, deliveries, and/or materials entering the location in accordance with established procedures, reporting prohibited or suspicious items and unusual activity.
• Verify identification, credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation before permitting access to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate screening, visitor, delivery, and incident records, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
