Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Queue Management in Northampton, PA to provide reliable access-control at a logistics site. The role offers fixed shifts with an option to pick up additional shifts via a scheduling platform, designed to increase earnings while maintaining flexibility.

You will work a part-time schedule with the potential to reach up to 40 hours per week, depending on site needs and available shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with access-control systems and badge management.
• Proficient with computers or tablets for daily tasks.
• Background in customer service with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors while enforcing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and maintain access records.
• Direct authorized personnel to designated areas per facility procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and inform site leadership.
• Conduct patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
