Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Administration in Northampton, PA. The role offers fixed early-morning shifts (Thursdays 04:00 AM - 10:00 AM) with the option to pick-up additional shifts to increase earnings through the scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $18.03 per hour. This position emphasizes access control, badge management, and customer service, with a path to stronger hours via the Earn

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Access control/badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and access-control protocols.
Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
Respond to incidents and escalate to site contacts or emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking, and perimeter.
Maintain access logs and incident reports per procedures.
