Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel with site-specific access-control and emergency response tasks.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, maintain access-related records.
• Control access for vehicles, deliveries, and contractors per site procedures and escalate irregularities.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and document observations for appropriate action.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify security concerns and deter unauthorized activity.
