Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements from the posting: valid driver’s license per policy, 18+ for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles, high school diploma or equivalent, background check, drug screen, licensing as applicable, driving position requires license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by performing security procedures and following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, disturbances, and emergencies with calm, professional communication.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and document incidents and maintenance concerns per site procedures.
• Maintain professional communication and provide directions and support per Allied Universal policies.
