ScanScape is hiring a part-time Retail Scan Associate for Old Forge, NY. You will visit local retailers weekly, scanning barcodes and recording data to help improve sales performance. The role emphasizes independence, flexible hours, and routine travel to stores.

The position includes working 1–3 hours per week on average with additional occasional hours for special projects. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and wifi access are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers weekly, across multiple store types.
• Use a mobile scanning app to scan barcodes in-store locations.
• Report to stores and complete display scanning within the described deadlines.
• Provide quantity for about 45% of products scanned.
• Participate in projects that add 30 minutes to 2 hours per week per store when required.
