ScanScape in Manahawkin, NJ is seeking a part-time Retail Scan Associate to visit a planned rotation of local stores, scanning product barcodes on displays and aisles with a mobile app. The role is on-site and offers flexible hours and ongoing work across grocery, convenience, drug, and mass retailers.

The base schedule averages 1.5–2 hours per week per store, with extra hours for special projects. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, and be comfortable

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan barcodes on displays and in aisles.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes.
• Provide quantity for about 45% of products scanned.
• Complete in-store data collection across grocery, convenience, drug, and mass merchandise stores.
• Flexible hours with 1.5–2 hours per week per store and additional hours for special projects.
