ScanScape is hiring part‑time Retail Scan Associates to visit local grocery, drug, and mass merchandise stores weekly for data collection. You’ll scan product barcodes in aisles and displays using a mobile app, with typical weekly hours ranging from 4 to 9 plus extra time for special projects.

Qualifications

• 18+ with valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and insurance
• Able to stand for long periods and reach products
• Lift up to 25 pounds and reach 6 feet
• Repetitive movements with limbs
• Deadline-driven and independent worker
• Must have reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savy
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Visit selected stores weekly to scan barcodes on displays and aisles
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes across store locations
• Average 4–9 hours per week, with additional hours for special projects
• Provide quantity estimates for about 45% of scanned products
• Meet weekly deadlines and maintain data quality
• Report to store within specified deadlines and complete weekly scanning tasks
