Job summary

NWM Risk Management in Washington state seeks Residential Construction Inspectors to join a flexible, contract-based program. You will visit sites, capture interior and exterior photos, and submit progress data via the Pruvan app.

Choose your own hours, work independently, and be paid per project after photos are approved. A reliable vehicle and smartphone are required for this side opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum years of experience: Any (no prior experience required).
• Flexible schedule: Inspections are assigned as needed, typically with 24–48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation: You’ll need a vehicle to travel to inspection sites.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties assigned through the Pruvan app to provide an overview of on-site progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
