Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking individuals to perform site inspections in the Longview, WA area. The role involves visiting residential construction sites, taking interior and exterior photos, and submitting them through the Pruvan mobile app to support lenders' progress monitoring.

You set your hours and work on a contract, part-time basis, with payment per project and direct deposit upon completion. Ideal candidates have reliable transportation to multiple sites and can meet a 24–48 hour

Qualifications

• 24–48 hour report turnaround on inspections.
• Flexible schedule with on-demand assignments.
• Reliable transportation to multiple site locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with Pruvan app compatibility (device ≤5 years).
• Basic knowledge of residential construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (homes, townhomes, apartments).
• Capture interior and exterior photos of assigned properties via the app.
• Submit photos to the report writing team through the app.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
