Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking contract inspectors to photograph residential sites within 25 miles of Port Angeles, WA, using a smartphone app. You will work on a flexible, part-time basis, inspecting sites and submitting photos for reports.

Vehicle ownership and reliability are required, with opportunities to choose hours and work independently. Insights: No prior inspection experience is required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Reliable transportation to inspect sites.
• Device must be a smartphone/tablet compatible with the Pruvan app (not older than 5 years).
• PPE gear: hard hat not required, but closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest are expected.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos using the Pruvan app to document on-site progress.
